# AgentLine Voices

Always ask the human whether the agent should sound male or female, then pick a
preset.

| Preset | Style |
|---|---|
| `female-1` | Friendly |
| `female-2` | Reassuring |
| `female-3` | Guide |
| `male-1` | Supportive |
| `male-2` | Thinker |
| `male-3` | Helpful |

Any Cartesia voice UUID also works as a `voice_id`.

## Priority

Highest wins:

1. Per call: `voice_id` on `POST /v1/calls`.
2. Agent: `PATCH /v1/agents/{id} {"voice_id":"..."}`.
3. Account default: `PATCH /v1/account/voice`.
4. System default (Supportive Male).

Voice changes apply on the next call.
